A new standard of childcare
Childcare that cares about educating parents and practitioners alike.
Inclusive care based on united relationships
Bearsprings offers both in person childcare services 8:00am - 6:00pm and online documents full of information for childcare settings and parents to use.
Supplies you own
It’s difficult to know where to begin when setting up a childcare business, but don’t worry, we aim to cover a wide variety of topics and while we do suggest some books and resources that you can purchase, many resources for your setting can be made at home.
Playing co-operatively
Bearsprings caters for Early Years learners (this includes children from birth to age 4, as children must legally be in school on their 5th birthday). Many of the activities listed can be adapted for different ages. You know your children the best; little ones are always looking at and listening to what their peers are doing and saying!
Grow in your own confidence as a childcare practitioner
Expand your own creativity and understanding regarding requirements for childcare practitioners including ‘British Values’ and becoming ‘school ready’. We offer simple to understand downloadable documents to ensure you can continually develop your curriculum to suit your children’s needs. Policies and some of our own training materials for Bearsprings staff are included, as well as the opportunity to seek advice from other childcare practitioners. Ffeel free to have a look at our programs area, blog and shop.
Working together to support parents
Check our parents club in the programs area for some ideas on how best to support your little ones and get them school ready, in partnership with your childcare settings. Many activities are adaptable for a range of ages and stages of development, so remember to get all your little ones together for some fun family time.
